This unit can sharpen any knife as sharp as a razor blade. It has 3 steps to sharpening the blade:
– A Flap wheel for sharpening the blade.
– A rubber disc which is ideal for the sharpening of the hook.
– A cotton buffing disc is used to polish the knife after sharpening. Sharpening paste is applied to the cotton disc to remove any burrs from the blade.
